Service Spectrum Kunststoff Bauer
Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and supported by ERP and BDE systems, we can execute both large and small production series. At Bauer, batch sizes start at 50 pieces and scale up to continuous operations producing up to 7 million units per year. Thanks to our flexible manufacturing teams and their high level of training, Bauer can perform tool and materials changes within minutes. We deliberately opt out of centralized materials supply, choosing instead to fit our machines individually and in some cases by means of automation.
Our advanced manufacturing plant includes over 33 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 350 to 2500 kN, enabling us to manufacture parts weighing from 0.02g to 600g utilizing both thermoset and thermoplastic materials.
All machines are monitored live by means of a BDE system (ALS = Arburg Centralized Computing System), with each machine program set with specific warning and monitoring limits for various parameters. Machine parameters can be monitored at any time and can only be altered with appropriate authorization.
